WIHL has an investment in Semk International Enterprises Ltd. (“SIE”), the licensing arm of Semk Products Ltd. (“Semk”). Semk was established in 2001 and its prominent character, B.Duck, was created in 2005. With more than a decade’s of effort, Semk’s business has been expanded from design and export to retail, franchise, online platform and licensing businesses. Even though B.Duck is a Hong Kong brand, its footprint can now be found in China, Thailand, Korea, etc. In the operation of the licensing business, SIE has two subsidiaries, ens Global Marketing Ltd and ens Licensing (Shenzhen) Ltd. SIE’s function are to provide a professional service to our licensees, promote awareness of Semk brands, as well as to develop the licensing market.
